Delivery:

As we aim to supply from stock, despatch will usually be within 48 hours in the UK. Delivery to the rest of the World should be within 14 days. If, in the unlikely event, an item is not in stock, we will send you an e-mail to let you know when it will be available and the goods will not be charged until they are ready for despatch. Please allow 28 days before querying non delivery.

Returns:

We try to ensure that all our kits are of the highest quality and contain all the accessories described on the website. However, if any of the components are missing or faulty we will replace them free of charge. If you are not completely satisfied with your kit, you may return it for a full refund, less postage within 7 days, providing that the kit is unused and the packaging in perfect condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
